Pack Your Gear
Carefully repackage the item in its original manufacturer packaging, including all cables, manuals, and accessories, to ensure it remains protected during transit.
Ship It Back
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking number for reference.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the condition of the returned unit, we will process your refund or ship your exchange item within 3 to 5 business days.
